- Include the buffet lunch.

- It should be noted that all fees are ex VAT.
- A letter of invitation can be provided for the purposes of temporary Visa applications, upon request. Letters shall only be issued after full payment has been received. Also, a refund can be offered if confirmation of a Visa refusal is provided.
- Refunds on delegate fees up to the value of 75% of the ticket price will be given upon written application to vsoe2018@sciencesconf.org. Any application should be made by 15th Sep 2018, and no refunds will be given after this date
